Installers cancelled the original date of installation and I had requested a day off from work, which created problems.
On the day of the installation, my carpet was taken off for wiring but I was not advised of this earlier and when it was put back on it was not correct so I now need to get new carpet, which would be required now anyways because installers never used any protection to cover the carpet area while they were working and went on it with dirty and mucky shoes without caring about it.
By the time they finished installation, they didn’t clean the mess, there were nails and dust scattered everywhere in the house.
I was left without hot water for entire weekend cause installation was done Friday and when they left they at 4.15 on Friday, they assured the hot water will work fine, no problem but they will send a plumber out on Monday to sort the booster for water tank. Turns out I had no hot water until an engineer came at late Monday as engineer only came at about 3.30 on Monday to fix it.
I would like to say amongst all this, the lady at the office was probably one of the most polite and helpful.

Great guys and a great job carried out. I cannot fault them. Great communication and spent time explaining how the system worked. Really happy with the work carried out and already seeing the difference in cost and my house is finally warm

Ross, Stuart and Aaron replaced my heating system today. They provided an outstanding service while installing the new system. They went above and beyond removing old sections that were no longer required. The attention to detail in the pipe work they fitted is extremely impressive. I’ve never seen pipe work as neat before.
They cleaned up once they were done leaving my property in the state they found it.
I would highly recommend using your services to anyone who is looking for heating/boiler install.

The most awful communication from this company. If there are any problems they shut you down. You can phone and write emails until you are blue in the face. Nothing will come back. Just dreadful.

Had a full heating installation done today by Tk Murray, they were really quick and all the work was done to a high standard I was really happy with the end product thanks 😁
